Maintaining your System
The Black Rock Grill System requires very little maintenance and is designed to run maintenance free. We do have a team of engineers that are able to identify faults and repair them should the need arise.
The BR oven range now come with a 5 year warranty.
The Roxy Oven Range are supplied with a 12 month warranty.
Electrical component/parts are warranted for 12 month in both the BR & Roxy Range of Ovens.
Cleaning the Rocks
Remove the rock from the platter, place the rock into cold water, using a metal scourer wash the rock removing any debris. The rock can be handled in the cold water. Remove the rock from the water, dry and return immediately to the oven. To recycle the heat in the hot rock we advise that the rock is washed and returned to the oven as soon as possible. In this way the rock will retain some heat and be ready to reuse within one hour. Do not leave the rocks soaking in water, do not use any detergent. Any debris on the rock will burn off in the oven during reheating to 440ºC. The rock will be completely sterilised leaving no trace of the previous meal.
